As a reminder when you get you iPhone 5:

Once a device or computer is associated with your Apple ID, you cannot associate that device or computer with another Apple ID for 90 days.

This association happens as soon as you turn on iTunes Match, automatic downloads, or your download past purchases.

If you use a different Apple ID for iCloud and Store purchases, you can set up your iPhone with your iCloud Apple ID, but make sure you switch the Store Apple ID before you start restoring any purchases or turn on iTunes Match.
