GSK announced today that summary information and results for all its clinical trials will be posted on their website for all to see. They will also provide access to detailed data to independently approved researchers.

If all pharmaceutical companies follow GSK’s initiative and researchers that are asking tough questions get approved for access, clinical trials with massaged data could be called out before they are used to get drugs FDA approved.
